Lukas Oest

Originally from Germany, Lukas received a scholarship to study abroad and moved to the United States at 16 to pursue an international educational experience and start his career.

With an international background, Lukas brings a wealth of expertise. His most recent experience included overseeing business operations, including import and export, for a prominent citrus ingredient manufacturer.
He has collaborated with companies including IBM, FedEx, SAP, and Canva, where he shared his insights and knowledge in research environments.

His dedication and hard work have been acknowledged throughout his academic and professional journey. He was named the Outstanding Graduate of his class, the highest honor any student can obtain, and had the privilege of delivering a thought-provoking TEDx Talk titled "The Power of Your Story." He has also spoken at multiple institutions in the State of Florida.

Passionate about personal and professional development, Lukas is highly skilled in strategic marketing, brand development, and navigating complex business landscapes. He has successfully led projects involving organization-wide software implementations and resource allocation, consistently delivering measurable results.

Outside of his professional life, Lukas is an active member of Lakewood Ranch Baptist Church. He cherishes connecting with individuals and learning about their lives and stories. His interests include playing soccer and pickleball, reading, and keeping up with the latest Marvel movie releases.
