Cameron Earhart, CEPA

Cameron was raised in East Tennessee, graduated from the University of South Florida, and currently resides in Lutz, Florida with his wife, Chalee, and their son, Britton. Cameron started his career with a privately held IT Security firm as one of the first 10 employees and helped lay the groundwork for some of the sales systems/processes that later helped grow the company to a value of over one billion dollars. Afterward, he joined a software startup as the VP of Sales, and helped take them from pre-revenue development to becoming one of the biggest players in its industry. At the software company, he led a sales team and was responsible for enterprise sales.

Cameron later joined Axiom because he believes that small businesses have the opportunity to change the world in amazing ways, starting with their employees. He is passionate about leadership and helping teams create cultures that help employees find vocational fulfillment. Cameron is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), specializing in helping companies grow value and put together exit plans to accomplish business owners’ goals.

Cameron and his family are members of Creekside Church in Lutz, where Cameron is a deacon. He volunteers in the college ministry and is passionate about discipleship of the next generation. Cameron was one of the co-founders formerly on the board of SAFE in Tampa Bay, an anti-human trafficking organization. In his free time, he loves to travel and spend time outdoors adventuring with his family.
