69: In the Face of Failure

“Success is not final; failure is not fatal: it’s the courage to continue that counts” -Winston Churchill

Read that again, “Failure is not fatal.” We often find ourselves avoiding challenging situations, because we would rather not try at all than be labeled a “failure.” But failure is just a word; it does not define us. In reality, it's the mindset that we uphold in the face of failure that defines us. In this episode, we will cover what failure really is, what it looks like in a leadership setting, and what you can do to overcome the fear of failure.
